Help with P2P Software

Guys, I'm using Bitcomet to try to get a 5GB file off P2P. HOwever, I keep getting the Listening Port Blocked issue (Yellow Light on Bitcomet).

Anyone with experience with this can tell me how to recofig the software (plain simple English please).

I connect via a Voadcom 3G.
