Heos/deezer

Hi guys ,need your input maybe some of u have experienced this.i recently added a heos account on my reciever ,however whilst I'm streaming my music through the phone I noticed the song does not play to the end ,rather it plays fir about 30sec to a minute and it just stops .is this maybe due to some upgrade needed on either my phone or reciever. Or its actually a deeper problem in the network. Or its maybe just deezer on the heos account that needs upgrading.
