Hex head self tappers

I'm looking for a whole lot of the fllowing size self tappers and they must be in black and have hex heads

Length inclusing head 28mm
Head width 8mm

Looks like a classic sel tapping M4 hex head I think but I'm not sure where to get them in CPT. Builders warehouse has none.
