My unicorn [emoji882] speaker is the original Guarneri Homage.  The follow ups have never been the same imo but that?s not my point. 

At the time you f release in I think 1993 the shape was something else.  I don?t think there were any lute shaped speakers yet.  It got taken on by everyone from B&W, Wharfedale, Audiophysic and even traditionalists like ATC. 
A shape that is now so de rigueur, square boxes suddenly have a bit of freshness if done well.

At the time this was really radical. 

The two tone Krell chassis were another.  They set the bar initially and Levinson rose to the occasion.  Today a big box with a chunky face seems quite yesteryear.
