So the courier just dropped off a bottle of Ilford Ilfotol wetting agent and I am about to mix a batch of home made vinyl cleaning fluid.

800ml distilled water - 200ml of isopropyl alcohol and 5ml of this Ilford wetting agent.
Then I'm waiting for the other courier to deliver my spin clean. Will report results
