I bought my son a starter pack about 2 years ago and would load airtime on his number via my FNB account .
This all worked fine initially and a while back he ran out of data/airtime, but could still receive calls.
He never asked for more as he uses his phone on the wifi at home for whattsapp and everything else ( he never called or sms'd anyone so airtime didn't matter ).
Now recently I bought airtime/data on FNB and nothing happened on his phone, no message, nothing...my money disappeared forever.
How can I check if the number still works and is in my name before I waste money again ?
If I call him, it goes to a generic voicemail and sms's never arrive.
