So now that they finally installed the home automation system, it turns the AMP on and off all the time when it does things. The home automation system also does audio announcements like Weather updates, news, my mail etc etc.

The problem I have is it's turning the amp on and off all the time to do all these wonderful things.

I have the option of "Always on" devices .... is there a problem with keeping the AMP on all the time to save it from coming on and off all the time?

Would be really interested in your views and advice.
