As per the topic, how much of your music collection is South African?
I'm aware that we have people on the forum who do not reside in SA, so this question also goes out to them.
My collection is like So:
Local (South African) - 48%
International - 45%
Then there's this 7% I've received from friend(s), which I have no cooking clue where it's from, worse cause its instrumental.
I'm always keen on getting my hans on SA music. I think we have many talented musicians, if only radio could have a play ratio of 70/30 (local /int.) ... but that's a different topic all together.
I hope that this ratio will soon favour the local side,but local music is hard to find compared to what's readily available internationally. But the search never stops.
