I need help with configuring two sound cards to work together in harmony. I want to use one with music players and the other with movie players and everything else.
The one used for music is set to output analogue and the other is set to digital bitstream through HDMI. They both go in to the receiver's DVD/BD input then the receiver detects the signal automatically although I dont know what will happen if both cards output sound at once.
My current problem is that once one of them gets used first, the other one wont out put sound until a reboot then used first and vice versa.
Is there anyone who has done this before? Is there a solution to this?
