Hi all
So about a month ago I sent my precious Logitech G213 keyboard in for a replacement, as some of the keys had gotten abnormally difficult to press. I have tried to get an update with no real luck. They did at least confirm that it arrived, but I never get a reply with any real substance.
In any case, I have decided I need to file a complant of some sort, because I simply cannot get an answer. But I really am not sure how to proceed.

If anyone could possibly assist and direct me that would be great! I have been struggling for weeks now with this rubbish.
