Hi guys
I'm really toying with the idea of running a second sub in my HT setup. Is it correct to assume that if I purchased a decent quality s/hand sub that's perhaps 3-5 yrs old already, would there already be a marked deterioration in quality over how it sounded at new?
I know the first answer will be how long is a piece of string regarding previous owner usage but generally speaking, do subwoofers lose tightness of base with age?
Should I rather focus my efforts on something brand new?
Cheers
