Any hardware wizards out there?

I bought some Kingston HyperX memory for my Win 10 PC on an older Intel DH57DD motherboard (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/50379/intel-desktop-board-dh57dd.html) that supports 1333MHz DDR3.

It gets past the POST, but soon as Windows starts to fire up it boot-loops.

Datasheet for memory here https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX21C11T3K2_16X.pdf

I checked it's running UEFI and boot disk is GPT. Tried fiddling memory settings in BIOS to 11-12-11 at 1.6V (no improvement). Default is 9-9-9 at 1.5V which Kingston doc says is supports profile for.

Is there a fix or I'm out of luck with a pair of paperweights?
