I am back...

Howdy gents, after some time away I am back.

Just an update, the cancerous growth that I had a while back has been terminated. Although the last couple months have been horrendeous I am back and healthier than ever. Have had to make allot of lifestyle changes the last while but thanks to the wonder of modern medicine, allot of prayers and great support I managed to kick cancer in the nuts.

There is still quite a road ahead of me but will take it one step at a time.
