Last night while surfing the web for albums I came accross an album which I really want even although I have the CD.It is a brand new album manufactured in 1985.Telarc pressing cost 35 USD.No problem.
I sent the seller an e mail enqiring whether he would ship to SA?I received the reply this morning and this is what shocked me.Here is the reply:
Message: shipping would have to be priority with certificate of mailing cost of shipping is $48.00 priority includes insurance of up to $66.00 so record is covered.
So the cost of this album is already $83 and I must still pay vat. :walled:
