Day 3 and coping, nothing but beer in the past 3 days. Okay a small packer of peanuts at 2pm but otherwise, 1 beer in the morning and castle drafts in the evening. Notealthy you say, but I feel great and lost  close to 2 kilo already.

This is not long term, 2 weeks max. Experiment...
