Well I'm chuffed - the 2 reels that the little rubber connects the drive tray to was slipping and it wasn't closing properly (why they use little rubbers instead of cogs i dont know!!!!) , so i put some plumbing tape around both wheels and put the rubber back and walla! It closes properly now....question is lets see how long it lasts.
