I walked the perimeter and the cable is still attached at both corners.. it's just quite saggy in some places. I spoke to the neighbor to apologise but her husband is away at the moment and she doesn't seem to know much about their fence setup (she thought it was on but I touched it to show her it's not).
Is it a simple case of re-tentioning it or do you guys think he has broken something more serious? :facepalm:
