I'm at wit's end. I have a Callmore contract for a fixed monthly amount for local calls and ADSL. In November they added R632 to my ADSL acc. They admitted their error and said it would be corrected. December still shows the amount as outstanding. They apologised again for their error and said it would be corrected. Today I received an sms that my service will be suspended. I have been holding on to their helpline for 125 minutes ( speakerphone ) listening to their insipid comments and distorted music which sounds like it's being streamed via a WW2 shortwave radio.
I've also sent an email via their website and posted a comment on HelloPeter ( There's so many you have to look carefully for mine
I honestly don't think I'll hear from their email or HP and I'm leaving this speakerphone on ( sound down ) until someone answers.
I also tried to reply to their sms but "this number is incorrect, please check and try again ! "
Taking a Telkom hostage is my last resort but what really worries me about that is that Telkom employees are useless and a "Dime a dozen". Nobody would actually miss a Telkom staff member......and then I would have a bit of a mess to clean up ( a la Dexter )
