Hi all. I wanted to ask if anyone has been to Iceland (or somewhere in that region) - and specifically around seeing the Northern Lights?
It's one of the things on my bucket list which I want to do, hopefully this year. Any suggestions, tips, recommendations etc. on SA companies who assisted with bookings? Times of year to go? Where to stay? Other highlights to do whilst there?
I've seen a number of packages offered by UK companies but not much from SA. Also from what I have read, October to March are best times - not that it is possible to predict when one can see the Aurora, but because those have the longest/darkest nights so chances to see it are better).
