Phone mutual and federal to amend a policy , extremely good service etc , then they ask to rate the service , but the friggen rating self answer thing is totally screwed up
So its easy to do business and courteous too .. but rating that service is a dogs breakfast that rapidly pisses you off ..idiotic!!!
