I was really expecting that ad that I placed for the Denon AVR-X4100W to be moved. Well, I took a chance anyway. I bought it from Optimus, and am selling it for the price I paid plus my petrol. No profit being made. But it's been moved to the commercial sellers's section. No problems.
But Mods, if you're going to apply the rules, do so fairly - apply the same rule to everyone. It is VERY clear that a lot of people are selling items for profit in the normal seller's section. Even commercial members. There are at least 3 people who have a long list of individual items that are still selling items for profit as non-commercial members items. I mean their profile even stipulates that they are commercial members, and their ads are being left untouched. One commercial member has two long lists of items, which have been left alone.
No, mods, I am not going to point them out. It's as clear as daylight. It's very strange that one ad I put up, that I bought from a non-commercial forum member in the regular classifieds section, and which I am selling for the same price in the same regular classifieds section gets moved, but all the other ads get left alone. One individual had 7 ads running consecutively in a row and the mods left it alone!
The decision to move all commercial members' stuff, even person items, to the commercial section was controversial enough.
Now my request is - if you're going to apply the rules, please apply them equitably.
I am not sore about the move of the Denon ad. But I have to admit it is very hard to believe that mods have not spotted the other transgressors. If so, why has the rule not been applied? If you claim that you are unaware of this well all I have to say to that is
