Just had a very long chat(45 min+) with some Indian guy from Microsoft Security Support.
Apparently they picked up my PC's have been hacked and offered to help me correct this.
First he went through the whole windows event log to show me all the errors on my PC, this took fairly long because I can't hear correctly and I keep changing the letters he says so "c" become "v" and "d" becomes "b". He's about ready to blow in frustration.
So by now my wireless handsets battery dies, but I got another so we go on.
He gets very frustrated because he is nearly there and I'm very dumb.
We go through a long process and eventually download their software onto my machine and establish a remote session, this is where he becomes palpably victorious.
My second wireless handset's battery is also failing, so I tell him he can only fix this pc not the others.
He's very cocky and says then I will only lose this one PC.
Well sir, you phoned at the wrong time with me in a disposable VM machine connected to a North Carolina VPN and some time on my hands...
