Hi All
One of the issues I deal with, in addition to tinnitus, is a voluntary "clicking" in one ear. I have been to multiple ENT's and neurologist but none have been able to pinpoint the issue or help. From everything I have read, most clicking issues are involuntary (a condition they call a myoclonus) but very rarely mentioned are voluntary clicks. The nearest thing to an explanation I have found are some discussions around the tensor tympani muscle or voluntary clicking of the eustachian tube.
With the above said, I wanted to ask if anyone knows of inner ear specialists in Gauteng? That is, an ENT (or similar) that specialises in the inner ear?
Cheers
