I'm completing an inventory list for the insurance company and I'm a bit stumped as to what to put down as the replacement costs of my decks.
What is a reasonable reference for replacement costs of items that are probably outdated? ebay prices for the same product? or prices of a modern equivalent?
I would appreciate any feedback from anyone that's been through the exercise before.
