So I'm having the same issue I had sometime last year - this company is phoning trying to sell a service. I keep telling them to stop phoning ...and they ignore me. Phoned 5 times yesterday. I complained to Vodacom yesterday and they very helpfully replied this morning to advise me to register with the DMA on the "don't call" database.
I replied that I am already on that database and that a Google search says the number originates in Japan...
My cellphone allows me to block SMSes that I say are spam, but there doesn't seem to be an option to block phone numbers.
