Is it possible to run a PC fan on the 12V trigger of an AVR?

So, while my AVR is well ventilated and does not run hot, it can occasionally get a little warm.

So I was wondering if there's a simple connector-adaptor, to plug something like this, into the otherwise unused 12V trigger?
