Having read the article below and realising that wine tasting is also very possible another pseudoscience I could not help to think about the debates on this forum, especially around cables. There are so many similarities in our taste perceptions to our hearing perceptions. Enjoy a fine bubbly this evening. I am on leave for another two weeks.
