I have one of these - and it seems every winter it does not want to work, it starts sucking, then it just stops, I then have to tug the pipe away from the wall/floor and then it goes again for a few seconds...I wonder if the cold has anything to do with it- perhaps the diaphragm looses some of it's elasticity "optimum operating temp"...?
Does this happen to anyone else?
