I have a friend that has gone 7 times for his learners but fails each time, either with 2 points or more depending on location.
I have googled a bit about it and seems this is becoming more of an common issue.
As some has said on the links I have read said that they in the end was forced to "buy" the learners.
Has any of you experienced this and what can we do to ensure you pass it the legal way........
