LED dimmer

My listening space has become a workshop and needs some decent lighting.  I've got wiring in situ in ceiling, all I need to do is decide on distribution/location in ceiling and find a quality dimmer and compatible LEDs so on those occasions I'm there for music I'm not sitting in a super bright room.

Any recommendations re a quality dimmer and compatible bulbs...I'm thinking Phillips?  Also, where to buy in/ around South/JHB/Randburg.
