LED Lights ... where are we at locally?

I'm looking to install in ceiling LED lights in a granny flat I'm having built.  Before I rush out and buy fittings, are dimmer switches for LED lights now available in ZA?  Also, I'm thinking 6 LEDs per 35sqm - optimistic?
