Having the choice of more than one arm/cart is ideal when the quality of one's vinyl collection is diverse. The Lenco will be in three parts: topplate and motor mounted in a separate box, Rega 200/mm cart mounted on plinth, and rewired Rega 202/mc cart mounted on a separate structure that fits inside the plinth with a opening through the top surface (hope it's clearer with some pics).
Box for the motor is an old connie BD plinth, had some kitty litter left over from a speaker build, and added that into small compartements. Hope to do the top surface with perspex eventually, and the maybe a metal " foot piece" to mount the Rega 202 on. Box for motor as well as foot piece for arm will be on spikes inside the bigger box/plinth. Any suggestions welcome.
