LF: Allen cap screws and t-nuts or wood inserts

Good day Gents, I'm desperately looking for (preferably  black but beggars can't be choosers) M5 x 30/40 and M4x30/40 Allen Cap screws to screw down my mids and tweeters. I'm also in need of M5 and M4 wood inserts or T-nuts. So....anybody got some they're willing to part with or suggested places to find? I've managed to get places that will stock the Allen caps screws, but not the inserts. So, actually, if I'm willing to drive all over the show, I'd end up with silver Allen cap screws and M5 Tnuts. But getting something to screw the M4's into is still a problem.....please help. Failing which, any other options? I obviously want to try and do this right......
