LF DDR memory

just putting a basic pc together but it only has 2 x 128mb DDR memory installed, phonecall to the matrix it seems they dont stock these anymore.
Anybody got something bigger than 128 for sale?
Oh, and a pci graphics adapter (also have only 128 installed, need something a bit bigger, preferably with DVI
