LF: DIY electric fencing and outside beams suppliers ?

So I finally joined the rest of South Africa and had our first burglary.
they smashed a window and made off with my wife's laptop.

So since I'm a bit poor at the moment can anyone recommend where to get the bits at a good price to DIY install an electric fence and add some outdoor beams.
