Hi, have a work mate with an old Laptop Gateway 4542 and need the above memory modules.
Even 1 X 1GB will be a massive help as he now has 1 X 512 Kb.
Running Windows 7 Ultimate.
A larger HDD would be good too.
If the options as new were 40/80GB Drives, would there be any reason a 120GB HDD would not work?
