lichtenburg raceway is re-opening (not sure how long they were closed) by having 2 supertrax days on 18 & 19 january.
they will have classes for novices, road cars & race cars.
no msa license is required, entry fees are R300 (i am not sure if that is per day, or for both days)
there will be scrutineering (not normally a major issue), & drivers will need helmets, long shirts & pants, & shoes. i didn't ask about passengers.
accommodation is quite reasonable in the area (i have booked at R480 per night for a single room).
