I have finally taken the plunge and bought property, moving in next month. Now that i'll finally have my own place I really want to get everything setup properly and perfectly (don't we all
).
Does anyone have any recommendations on how best to block out the light? Are there inserts or something I can put inside curtains that block out the light? Or better yet can I get blinds made (or make them myself) that I can pull down when i want to block out the light that I can put between my curtains and windows?
Then the next step for me is to see if I can automate it. Are there any "toys" available on the market where I can remote control the blinds/curtains being raised/lowered mechanically?
