Can we have a Live Gigs/Concerts Sticky/HeadsUp Page

Reason for Request:
Recently Joe Sample and David Sanborn had a South Africa tour and I missed it because it seems it was only advertised on social media, having a heads up thread will be great for those of us that is not active on the social media or live in the boendoes where they do not put up posters to advertise
