What do you guys think of getting together local meetings of dudes in the various areas. The guys in JHB / Pretoria are already sorted with their fest's.
People stuck in Durban & Capetown are left out of things. Now fair enough there are not as many people in these areas. But in some ways it is even easier to arrange meetings with that sort of situation. No requirement for specialised venues. The only hurdle I see is security. You don't want some unknown walking through your home
How about a dinner at a resturant as the first step?
I feel that it is an invaluable experience to look at what other people have done and to bee able to listen to other designs wihtout having to build them all. I would even be prepared to let you try my builds out in your home, providing you seem legit enough.
