I bought the Harmony One Universal Remote a day or so ago to control all my HT equipment. But to my dismay nothing really works. One can't enter the Logitech site to program the learning remote. Have asked help from the Logitech guys who provided a link that still does not want to work. Apparently this is a local problem - so I have been told, but I am sure other people have done the programing succsessfull. I have the latest Internet Explorer (Ver 8) installed; I have cleared the firewall and disabled the antivirus program but still no luck. Could anybody out there please help me to setup this remote as I have run out off ideas. Sometimes wonder whether these expensive toys are really worth their salt?!!!!
