Looking for a "best" ADSL router - cost a secondary consideration

This is for a B&B up in Tamboerskloof.  Due to the convoluted shape of the buildings, the stone walls and concrete floors, the coverage is not great.  There are 3 extenders and an antenna which help to a degree.  The furthest point is 82m from the position of the current router on the 3rd level

The ideal device will have

The fastest possible wi-fi throughput (A Netgear N600 was tried, which worked slightly better, but you cannot fit a detachable antenna to it)
Compatible with ADSL and Fibre
Two detachable n-connector antenna ports
1 WAN port and 4 LAN ports

Suggestions will be most welcome
