Need help with my moms windows computer.
(To me it's an uphill battle as I'm unfamiliar with Win. I'm use to OSX that just works
)
Problem: Boots up, then switches off by itself after a min or so. It boots into BIOS fine so I think the HDD is broken but not sure. Furthermore, the computer doesn't boot from the image I created of her HDD (I created the image a few weeks ago using win backup and restore). I have backups and an image of the machine so we just need someone to help us get the machine back up and running then we can restore the data.
Looking for a reliable computer repair guy.
We're in Melville. Close as possible would be nice.
