Looking for a "houseboy"

I really need a trusty reliable housekeeper - someone who can do the pool , the ironing , the cleaning , can fetch and carry, paint , varnish , garden and do minor repairs  - but most importantly has really good contactable references and has worked for someone for ages...
My wife is not happy with having another "man" around the house in terms of security - so this would have to be someone that is really well vetted and "old school"
Anyone know of anyone? Seen lots of employment wanted ads on gumtree but not prepared to take em on...one lady had the ideal guy - but he comes with a wife and kid and is live in - live in is a no-no...
