Looking for equivalent car head unit locally

I want to replace my car's old radio with a double DIN head unit. I seem to have found an example of what I would like on YouTube. Where can I find similar locally?

Specific features I like: 3-way crossover + DSP, Android Auto. In the video the guy briefly mentions a 3-way crossover plus (full-range?) rear door speakers.
