Looking for new 4k AVR

I'd appreciate some advice.
1) where would be a good place in CT to purchase a new AVR. good pricing and service being a priority.
2) what would you recommend preferably under R10k? Requirements
  - 4k to match my Optima uhd38 and Xbox One X
  - 7.1
