Low input sensitivity amplifiers

I was looking at the Sugden integrated in the for sale section. The specs state 110mV input sensitivity for full power. How do you match a modern source to this amplifier. For example a CD player or DAC with an output of 2V? Any CD player would overload the input by far on this amplifier. Am I missing something?
