I am in the process of refurbishing a set Lowther Acousta's . I got the cabinets from DRNB and they were in quite rough shape. I will be using a set of Philips drivers AD7061/m8 in them. They sound excelllent with these drivers and I am amazed at the bass from those small full range drivers in these horns.

They were painted grey over the original wood veneer. I am sanding this off, then cover the old veneer with Woodoc 10. The veneer is in ok condition with some damage here and there, but that doesn't bother me to much. All the chamfered edges, base and front baffle will be painted blue and the horn mouth black.

Very exited and not to far from finishing them
