Friend of mine has a problem he can't seems to get sorted out. The network setup he has is one hp microserver connected to an ADSL router via cat5e, a macbook pro connected via wifi and also a macbook air connected to wifi.

The MBP has no issues with the connection what so ever and network speeds are generally good. The MB Air on the other hand keeps randomly losing it wifi connection and needs to be restarted to connect again. Network speeds are generally also slower. This problem started after his previous ADSL router a Telkom Duo+ got hit by lightning. He replaced it with a D-link router and the problem started happening. He is also trying a Billion router but still the MB air has the same issues. No other wifi connected devices have this issue(tablers, smartphones, windows laptops).

Any ideas on a possible solution?
