Major problems with unreasonable neighbor

Hi there!

I had to move from a house into a flat with my home theatre consisting out of:

Pair F/Standing Wharfedale Diamond 8.4, Pair: F/S Wharfedale D/S 8.3, Wharfedale D/S 8 center speaker,
Sony SA W3000, Samsung BlueRay and a Ps3 My neighbor is complaining so I think I need a compact
hi-fidelity 5.1 system that I can get by selling the speakers that I have at the moment.

What do you guys think?
